My Miniature Worlds

  A sneak peak at my WORK IN PROGRESS Time Room. The top room of my dolls house clock which will be behind the clock face itself. The design on the back wall is branching time lines. My 12th scale Loki and Sylvie figures will live here so it's all connected to the Loki series on Disney Plus, and the TVA (the Time Variance Authority). The tall mirror in the foreground will eventually be turned into a TVA Time Door.

  Work in progress. Almost finished my dolls house clock. Just working on the top floor now, the room behind the clock. This is a fancy bannister for the final flight of stairs. It's a metallic bronze colour. It isn't glued down yet though. I need to work on the back design first.

 More progress with my dolls house clock, called The Time Tower. 🕰 Still VERY rough. I haven't glued anything down yet. A pendulum will swing inside the house and you will see it in those top windows. I still need to cut out the windows. It will look a lot better when all of the MDF has been painted brown. The main clock is a huge window so you can see into the room. It will be lit up when I finally furnish the tower and add lighting. I'm keeping the stairs all to one side and tightly enclosed to get as much room space as I can. The top room will have a fancy bannister.  WORK IN PROGRESS. The MDF is 3ft x 1ft.

The pendulum will actually be inside the house but there will be a window in front of it so you will be able to see it swinging back and forth. I still haven't decided on a location for the bottom window yet.  The main clock is a huge window so you can see into the room. It will be lit up when I finally furnish the tower and add lighting. I'm waiting for more stairs to be delivered. I'm keeping them all to one side and tightly enclosed to get as much room space as I can. The grey ones will be painted brown.  WORK IN PROGRESS. The MDF is 3ft x 1ft.

 

  Starting a new doll house project today. The Time Tower for Loki and Sylvie, keeping with the TVA time theme in the Loki series. I love clocks so I'm really excited about this design. I also wanted to make something completely different to my manor house project. This is the very beginning stage, playing around with ideas, getting a sense of room scale, number of floors etc. Please ignore all the candles and ornaments holding everything together! Basically, the front is going to be a clock. The clock face (as a huge window) at the top, and windows down the front with a pendulum (maybe). The second pic is my (very loose!) inspiration! 😀 The MDF is 3ft x 1ft.
