My Miniature Worlds

 

  Starting the front of the dolls house now.  Just got to line everything up neatly before I start cutting.  The wall will be grey stone but there will be lots of overgrown foliage covering it.

 

 I gave my female doll new hair. It's a bit long and bushy at the moment but I will tame it at some stage.

 Jobs left to do - glue attic walls, glue doorknobs, glue down flat piece of roof and add stained glass effect skylights, make dormer window roofing, then front facade. Oh, and I need to paint the balustrades on the balcony and glue down the conservatory windows. The very final job would be to add roof tiles! 

 

  I'm working on the attic at the moment, which is where the little art studio is going to be.😀🎨 I took this shot before I changed the doll back into modern day clothes. 😀

 They are  almost finished now. I just need to add a proper wooden bannister/spindles to the area behind that chair on the upstairs landing. At the moment there is just a naff plastic one.

 

 

 

I has some spare stairs so decided to paint them stone colour and create a stairway from the attic bedroom down to the main bedroom balcony. Still need to paint the balustrades and glue things down. I still haven't glued down the conservatory windows yet! 🙄
